Originating as a professional financial services company to provide debt recovery solutions to public and private entities alike, we have been in the business of helping your business since 2008.
Here are some of our Highlights:
Debt-IN Consultants (PTY) Ltd T/A Capability BPO was founded.
A high profile client base, including First National Bank, Standard Bank, Woolworths Financial Services, Liberty Life and Telkom was soon established.
We were appointed to the City of Johannesburg debt collection panel, expanding our service offering into the public sector.
We were appointed as the outsourced credit department for Ricoh South Africa, successfully expanding our services into the commercial sector.
We are currently a member of ADRA and BPESA, both affiliated with collection and BPO umbrella bodies globally.
Mark founded Debt-IN in 2008. His hands on approach, keen operational insight, and extensive financial experience, gleaned from over a decade in the financial sector working with blue chip industry leaders, has led to the companies great success in the debt collection and credit recovery market.
John joined the Debt-IN team in 2010, bringing diverse (local and international) experience from within the financial sector with him. His insight and approach unlocks unseen potential in debtors’ books.
Joining Debt-IN in 2016 as the CFO tasked with growing the company, Justin brought with him extensive experience and a reputation for impressive financial and operational execution in high pressure environments (both locally and in the United States).
Hena joined Debt-IN right at its inception, where she, like founding partner Mark Essey, helped man the phones. Today she has grown to become an integral, loyal member of the team, with a wealth of unrivalled experience in the industry. She is responsible for ensuring our commitment to service excellence.
This is the contracting of certain business activities and functions to a third-party provider (like us). The difference between ourselves and many other BPO providers is that we consider ourselves (and operate like) an extension of your own business. We ensure that we fully understand who you are and what you want to achieve, in order to facilitate the best result for you. .
